Langendorf Innenlader

Hi all,

I'm following this forum for over a year now and I'm really amazed by all the beautifull models you folks are working on. I think it's time for me to share my projects with you as well. I'm currently working on an Innenlader from the manufacturer Langendorf. I'm using a small 1:87 model for measuring and ratio's. Enough said, here are the photo's:

Hi Martin, the model will have a length of approx 86cm and 17cm width. With the original, you have two options to adjust the hight: hydraulic cilinders or air springs. I will probably apply the air springs in my model, but that's only for optical purposes. I'm planning to use the mechanical spindels which you can buy on the internet. There's enough space above the wheels to put in a spindle like that. The first and last axle need a mechanism to be kept pulled up when the trailer is not utilised with a pallet. I'm still working on the engineering of that part.

Es hat eine Weile gedauert und ich musste einige technische Herausforderungen meistern. Doch der Innenlader ist bereit und hat am vergangenen Wochenende seinen ersten Praxistest mit Bravour bestanden.

Diie Aufhängung ist nicht gefedert da ich fast immer auf einer ebenen Fahrbahn fahre. Ich habe mich dafür entschieden, nur die mittlere Achse mit der Spindel zu verbinden. Die Vorder- und Hinterachse können sich somit frei bewegen.

Ich habe keine Linearservos verwendet, sondern Spindeln. Diese kommen aus China und haben viel Power.

Die Tür und das Türschloss werden von N20-Motoren angetrieben.
